About the Event
Brillo will be making his way along the streets looking for rainbows and hoping to make some smiles. Come out and see him and make some noise! This will be his first exploration out of his shell so help him to know the world is not a scary place but please stay safe and keep a distance so he doesn't go back into his shell.
